Dryer Belt, heat resistant belt for Electrical, RF or UV drying, which is made of PTFE open mesh fabric. As drying machines are using microwave or UV for drying, which request the Conveyor Belt must be UV resistant, Heat resistant, Microwave safe, strong tensile strength and has long lifetime.
Our main material for Drying machines is PTFE coated open mesh fabric, which is perfect Non-stick solution.
Sizes of the Drying belts
The dryer belt size is customized.
The mesh size is available from 1mm to 10mm, depends on the type of dryer that they are being fitting to.
The color could be brown or black.
The dryer mesh belt could be Anti-static.

PTFE coated fiberglass belting is available in brown or with a black U.V. black coating.
The maximum width of Drying belt is 4m, the length is endless.
The fluorocarbon resins used in the curing process are chemically inert, and the woven glass substrate provides exceptional strength and dimensional stability.
Its non-stick surface, operating temperature range from -70degrees to +320degrees.
